Infinitely variable grind setting
For the most precise adjustments to the coffee bean and preparation method, the grind level of the coffee grinder can be set steplessly and thus extremely precisely on the adjustment wheel on the top of the appliance.

Consistent grinding results
The variable timer of this on-demand coffee grinder ensures repeatability in every grinding process. If required, this can be switched on at any time and, thanks to the minimal dead space, delivers fresh, precise and reproducible grinding results at all times. Of course, the grinding process can also be started manually for individual quantities when the timer is switched off.

"Hands-free" grinding process
When preparing espresso, the portafilter of the espresso machine can simply be hooked into the portafilter holder and does not have to be guided by hand during the grinding process.

High-performance disc grinder
The high-quality disc grinder made of hardened steel with a diameter of 50 mm ensures perfect grinding results with a high grinding capacity (1-1.5g/sec.) for every type of preparation. The integrated "ACE system" prevents clumping and static charging of the coffee grounds.

Clever portafilter holder
The removable stainless steel portafilter holder is height-adjustable and can thus be adapted to the respective size of the portafilter. If required, the included support pad can be attached to prevent slipping and protect the material.

The CM1012 puts a true master at the top of the coffee grinder range.
