The JS 500 replacement filter cartridge offers advanced purification for tap water, specifically designed for use with the J.SHMIDT 500 mobile water purification system.
This high-density cartridge combines several filtration technologies: patented AQUALEN ion-exchange microfibers, fine activated charcoal powder, and a micro-filtration hollow fibre membrane with a pore size of just 100 nanometres. Together, these sorbents ensure top-quality filtration, removing chlorine, chlorinated compounds, heavy metals, iron, microplastics and many other undesired substances.
The filter efficiently prevents scale formation and retains bacteria* and cysts from intestinal parasites — all without the need for chemical bactericides.
* Removes the following bacteria: Escherichia coli 1257, Enterobacter cloacae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
