SmallRig Magic Arm with Crab-Shaped Clamp 5312 consists of a magic arm and a crab-shaped clamp. One end features a 1/4"-20 screw and retractable pins, equipped with a knurled thumbscrew for easy manual fastening, along with an additional hole for tightening using the included Allen wrench.

The ball head allows for smooth 360° adjustments, enabling direct mounting of action cameras, monitors, video lights, and microphones. This magic arm effectively prevents twisting of devices—such as cages for GoPro (ID 3084C), cages for Insta360 X4 (ID 4278), and cages for DJI Action 5 Pro (ID 4119C)—that feature anti-twist holes of the same specification, ensuring secure and stable shooting.

The crab-shaped clamp adopts an anti-twist design at the connection point with the magic arm to prevent loosening or detachment. It accommodates tubes, tables, tripod legs, or stabilizer handheld rings. Additionally, it’s designed with a swivel tip at the jaw to enhance compatibility with both flat and rounded surfaces by adjusting the swivel of the clamp tip. The clamp can secure to surfaces up to 50mm (2.0in) wide and is lined with protective pads to prevent scratches and increase clamping stability.

Constructed from CNC-machined aerospace-grade aluminum and stainless steel, this tool supports a maximum payload of up to 1.5kg (3.3lb), offering exceptional durability.
