There's also a time mode, where you set the length of your workout and jump until the clever jump rope vibrates to tell you that you're done. In the last mode, you choose the number of skips you want to complete and jump again until you feel the handles vibrate to indicate you've reached your goal.

Thanks to Bluetooth, the inSPORTline Jumpsmart jump rope can easily be connected to your smartphone and you can record your progress on the JCSkip app to stay motivated. The length of the jump rope is adjustable, so anyone can work out with it.
