The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad extreme 2 thermal pad is designed for high-performance applications. Due to the varying particle sizes of its individual components (aluminum oxide, aluminum hydroxide, aluminum powder), even the smallest gaps in the carrier material (matrix) can be filled with thermally conductive particles. This is especially true for the surfaces (top and bottom) of the Minus Pad extreme 2, where the optimized material composition offers low thermal interface resistance and promotes optimal heat transfer.

High-performance thermal pad for extreme applications
A soft consistency allows the Minus Pad extreme 2 to conform well to the surfaces of the heat source and cooler. Minus Pad extreme 2 is electrically non-conductive and does not cure or harden over time, even with extended use.
