Homematic IP Valve Drive – motorised

- By adjusting the position of the valve, the flow rate of the heating water is controlled almost continuously. This offers efficient workload of boilers for more precise temperature regulation compared to conventional radiator thermostats.
- Modern drive technology, proven in millions of radiator thermostats
- Automatic detection of valve position and travel (depending on valve type) makes it easy to install and avoids errors
- Control via the Homematic IP Floor Heating Actuator – 12 channels, motorised (HmIP-FALMOT-C12) in combination with a Homematic IP Thermostat (HmIP-WTH-2, for example)
- Easy installation without any tools by snap-on fastening
- The valve drive offers installation in any position (upside down, for example) thanks to its compact design
- Can be universally used for valves from most popular manufacturers such as Heimeier, MNG, Junkers, Honeywell-Braukmann, Oventrop, Comap, Schlösser and many more with a thread size of M30 x 1.5 mm
- With optional adapters, installation is possible also on valve sizes of other manufacturers

For operation, one of the following solutions is required:

- Stand-alone in connection with the Homematic IP Floor Heating Actuator – 12 channels, motorised (without Access Point or CCU2/CCU3, configuration directly via wall thermostat)
- Homematic IP Access Point with free smartphone app and free cloud service
- Central Control Unit CCU2/CCU3 with local user interface WebUI
- Third-party solutions of partners
