Solid-state contactor 1-phase 3RF2 AC 51 / 20 A / 40 °C 24-230 V / 110-230 V AC short circuit-proof with B miniature circuit breaker solid-state contactor SIRIUS 3RF23 for switching resistive/inductive loads, e.g. of heaters or valves in a bottling plant.

The solid-state contactors are available as single-phase or three-phase devices. They are available for different power ratings and rated operating voltages. Designed for AC or DC operation, they are available with screw, spring-type or ring terminal lug connections.
