The appliance is equipped with a thermostat button with 6 positions and with a red and green control lamp. The red lamp lights up when the appliance is plugged in and the green lamp lights up when the selected temperature is reached. For your convenience the appliance will stay opened at 105°. With the sliding knob at the left side of the appliance, you entirely open the appliance at 180° and transform it into a barbecue, where both places are perfectly joined together. To do this, pull the sliding knob in your direction and hold it in this position while you are opening the appliance to 180°.

By means of the clip bracket, you can easily remove the plates from the appliance for an easy cleaning or for switching plates. For a perfect repartition of the dough and for an equal baking result, the appliance disposes of a flip-over system to make you turn the appliance easily. If you want to flip over the appliance, make sure to hold both handles together.
