The Probaker kitchen machine delivers optimal baking results for the uncompromising baker. It took 5 years of development together with the Norwegian baking national team to find the best solutions. This resulted in a kitchen machine with a high capacity, special kneading system and unique accessories, as well as a quiet machine that stands steady.

Probaker has also emerged victorious from several tests. It was named test winner in 2022 and best in test in Dagbladet's latest test of kitchen machines, December 2021. With its double-acting kneading system, where both the bowl and the hook rotate at the same time, you get the best kneading result and with easy access to the bowl to add ingredients.

The large bowl of 7 liters has a capacity of up to 5 kg of dough. You can make large portions just as easily as small ones.

With 20 speed settings, you always have control over the baking and can find the best speed for your recipe.

Unique kneading hook
